Zann Gates assists Drs. Linda J. Harris , Erin DiCaprio and Selina Wang with the logistics of running the Department of Food Science & Technology‘s Cooperative Extension short courses in food safety and quality, including advertising & marketing, program development, registration, emailings, preparation of course materials, catering set up, and other event planning details. Other duties include website updates and maintenance, travel & entertainment reimbursement, maintaining publication files, and tracking course budgets.
For WCFS, she is assisting with the newsletter assembly & production, and updating portions of the website.
